The Hospice Council of West Virginia is a member of the Council of States for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Together we advocate for legislation to improve care for people with serious illnesses and their families.
This advocacy toolkit has been developed for public use by the Hospice Action Network.
We also work with regulators in the state and federal government to ensure that high quality hospice and palliative care can be maintained in West Virginia. This includes advocacy for fair reimbursement and improved access to care for all West Virginians who need and desire support.
